THE FOLLOWING CHANGES MUST TRANSPIRE FOR AMERICA TO BE AS WAS ORIGINALLY INTENDED BY THE CONSITUTION AND THE FRAMERS THEREIN. 1. By the Act of 1871 our nation was taken over by the Vatican-Crown; therefore, the people, and all government officials must sign the Declaration of Independence to cast off Britian once again with the Vatican and all their hidden powers and influence over our nation and our rights, - and thus Roman Papal rule and law must be completely and forever severed. They have no constitutional right to collect and tax Americans. They are of record a foreign private entity; therefore, this Puerto Rican Trust Company must return all funds ever collected to date to every American with interest. Moreover, every single letter going back to their inception that they sent to collect monies from Americans constitutes mail-fraud, and they must be charged in accordance with those crimes. 3. The Federal Reserve must be abolished immediately as it is also a foreign Vatican-Crown fraudulent entity created illegally to control the American currency and the people's wealth and must be abolished. Created in 1913, where Woodrow Wilson president at the time stated that he defrauded America by this Federal Reserve Act. Americans must never again pay interest on their own currency. This is a clear and open fraud against our nation and our people. America must create its own reserve currency as stated in the constitution as substance that can only be traded by silver and gold. Thus, I recommend we create silver notes and produce gold and silver coin. 4. Abolish the Patriot Act and all amendments born out of this fascist policy that thwarts the rights of the people and turned Americans into the combatant aka the domestic terrorist as we have seen how the CIA, FBI treats parents and citizens after this Patriot Act ideology was entered into our law by what many know to be a false flag. 5. Redact the Constitution to remove any Amendments that are counter to the original intent by our founders so that it is consistent with the rights and freedoms therein in accordance with the words found in the Declaration of Independence. 6. Restore Posse Comitatus Act originally enacted in 1878; Americans are not domestic terrorist and need the protection under Posse Comitatus. This brings the local police back to domestic gear and demilitarizes them nationwide. Retore Common law ending Equity-Civil law forever; thus, creating the Judicial system that was originally intended by forming a team of experts and citizens to research, design, and implement the real rule of law as stated in the constitution under a constitutional republic for the people by the people. 8. Return all the Radio, and Televised Communication networking powers back to the people (Stop the monopoly); whereas all free speech must rule on social media in that any social media venue must be protected under the 1st amendment with no exceptions or policies that can override it. Any forum people are brought together for public debate, - the 1st amendment rules. This is the purpose of the 1st amendment rule of law in the constitution of the United States. There is actually an old statute that states this very thing no one is talking about. I used to have it in my notes, now stolen by the CIA. 9. Abolish all non-essential or subversive law enforcement that have been weaponized against the people; as we have proof now with Homeland Secuity, CIA, FBI. While the DOJ must be completely cleaned up, reorganized and brought to a state where the rule of law is being implemented with no bias, or religio-political motive that is as we have seen time and time again fueled by personal political biases. 10. Enact term limits in all of politics and thus create a fair and equitable system across America where any American can start a third party or run for any office without being infiltrated and destroyed. Make it a federal crime that is used to prosecute those obstructing any newly formed political party trying to enter the political race. 11. Reconstruct Wall Street so there are real criminal penalties and consequences for fraud, collusion, and the manipulation of markets outside the law. Stop the ability for hedge funds, or anyone to short an American company's stock to drive the company out of business. This is a destructive force in America that any foreign interest can engage in to destroy American enterprise and lives and businesses. Create a stock market that is centered on fair and equitable trading that helps Americans and their companies prosper, not be subject to villains. In Conclusion thus far I feel these 11 major changes in our nation's legal and moral constitutional structure would bring America back to at least the right starting point, going back in the right direction. Back to a true Constitutional Republic. I understand this is just an outline, and this list could go on for numbers reaching in the thousands, but this is where change begins with ideas and concise notes. I thus believe these are the foundational pivotal aspect of our national internal infrastructure that must be enacted, and those systems of law that must be reconstructed for America to go back to its original intent and the freedoms the people should be enjoying instead of the mass tyranny.
