I have done many large business acquisitions, and this is how it is done by a person with experience. Elon is absolutely going to buy Twitter one way or another; but at about 18 dollars a share now that he has finished his feasibility study and come to the conclusion that it is rife with BOTS. This appears to be all by Elon design...Twitter never performed so their suit is futile and moot... Elon pulled them into a suit...and now he has them cornered and now will force a purchase by court order after a correct accounting is done and the real value revealed. Or if they are stupid which is most likely they will not settle for the approx. 18 dollars or lower ...then the stock price will plummet, and Elon will have the option to buy all the shares and he will own the majority of the shares.. Game over...
