MOTION TO DISMISS EXTREME ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEMAND TO RETURN EQUIPMENT & LAWSUIT

In The Superior Court of Washington, County of King - I Steven K. Polito demand immediate relief under the 4th amendment. The rules used in this search warrant: SW NO: 22-0-62055-5 is based on aggresive FISA rules that are unconstitutional and to broad a search should not be allowed as the 4th amendment specifies. It takes away someone's "due process."

It must be specific. This warrant is to broad, a witch hunt. They took my phone, I could not even call council or family or get money. They know everything about me. They have been trying to set me up for 35 years and King County is being sued today if the complaint is ready.

A lawsuit is being filed against King County Washington within days for One Billion dollars in damages for the continuation of a 35 year reign of terror and robbery on my life by Washington state, and for this last plundering, and trauma. I was raided again by Washington state at 430 12th Ave East # 204, Seattle WA. 98102 on 09/09/2022.

They thus only really have a warrant to search for guns, and there were none; but they took my computers, and other properties that cannot be listed in any search warrant, and I demand there immediate return. That is my entire life, my personal pictures of family, everything. They have now seen secret intellectual property and are sued for one billion dollars for that theft that cannot be undone.

They take away a persons computer I cannot even defend myself. Violated my 4th amendment directly. They are just stealing evidence I have regarding their crimes against me.

Moreover, the case was dismissed with "no probable cause, and unconditional release."

Therefore, this order of "reissuing Temporary Extreme Risk Protect," order without notice - is null and void by that ruling, which was an induced pushing me into the fight as the on going hate crime against me the Respondent.

In fact. the Respondent. I Mr. Polito have been terrorized, robbed, and everything I loved has been destroyed by a radical state sponsored religious group that has tracked me for 35 years; I am a relatively well known Buddhist priest, author political leader. The Jesuit order works to infiltrate and destroy everything in my life. They have been threatening me with text, Stating they cannot wait until I am "erased, dead, and gone." I have those now ready for court prepared by investigators.

And I have threats by video warning me, my brother and sister with being shot in the head.

The day before this last raid on my house I have a video of our law enforcement using undercover agents trying to get me in a fight in the street during my routine walk. They are tracking and harassing me, trying to get me into a fight constantly. I live in total terror and the state knew I was getting ready to sue so they just raided my place to take my evidence and means to sue and defend myself. Just like the last four times of record.

Luke's Production is doing the Mother Teresa play across America, and in my published book I told a story they did not like about Mother Teresa. So they got in my Buddhist temple and tore it apart and tried to set me up again, but they were caught red handed. The grand Jury wanted them arrested but governor Inslee blocked the arrest. They owe me close to a million dollars. Defrauded me out of millions over the years.

This is all documented in western district court, time stamped with the phone number to the state police refusing to arrest the same people that just raided me again aka our deep state controlled law enforcement.

I am a religious leader and they know I state heaven and earth will punish them for their hate crimes against me. So they try and label me an extremist. But they are the extremist. I am a Buddhist preist and the took my Buddhist temple.

They have almost killed me several times and they have poisoned me three times in Seattle thus far. The State of Washington has infiltrated every business and personal thing in my life and I recorded it all. I have journals, pictures, witness statements and video of the Jesuits beating me on the ground at my Buddhist temple on Dharma Way, the street I named. I have forensic proof of their fraud to steal my assets and law enforcement protects them. There is millions in assets involved and everything I state is of record. They make sure I cannot get a job, a car, the block everything I do online. They murdered all my animals.. They blocked me the last three days from getting legal council and help. They obstruct everything I do. The last case I won the right to the appeal after they obstructed the case with infiltration, fraud, colluision, murder. I had just paid my legal council Larry MCentire and two days later he was found dead. I proved Luke's Production did work for the Catholic church and they did pose as renters sent by the State to destroy the Buddhist priest, author, political leader...and they are still trying to cause my death and governor Inslee let the criminals continue trying to

kill me. Governor Inslee sent thugs to where my family lived. He is the one that needs to be arrested along with his Jesuit gang.
